PazaryeriSoft provides e-commerce infrastructure solutions for businesses. Our services cover the following:
- E-commerce software platform and SaaS solutions
- Marketplace management infrastructure
- Payment system integration
- Shipping and logistics integrations
- Technical support and consultancy services
- API access and integration tools
The detailed scope of the services is determined by a separate service agreement signed between the parties.
3. Conditions of Use
When using our website and services you agree to comply with the following rules:
- act in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and international legislation

- not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system

- invoices are issued at the intervals set out in the agreement
- the service may be suspended if payments are not made on time
- price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance
- unless stated otherwise, all prices exclude VAT
7. Service Level and Availability
- PazaryeriSoft does not guarantee that the services will be provided without interruption or error
- planned maintenance work is announced in advance
- no liability is accepted for interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disaster, infrastructure failure, cyber attack and the like)
- service level commitments (SLA) are determined under a separate service agreement
8. Limitation of Liability
- PazaryeriSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages that may arise from the use of the services
- no liability is accepted for the content of third-party links on the website
- securing their own systems is the users' own responsibility
- PazaryeriSoft's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service over the last 12 months
9. Suspension and Termination of Use
PazaryeriSoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the following cases:
- breach of these Terms of Use
- engaging in unlawful activities
- infringing the rights of other users
- failure to meet payment obligations
- conduct that endangers the security of the system
A user may request closure of their account at any time. After the account is closed, data is retained within the statutory retention periods.

11. Dispute Resolution
- these Terms of Use are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye
- the parties will primarily seek amicable means of resolving disputes
- if no resolution is reached, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction
12. Changes
PazaryeriSoft reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the website. If material changes are made, users are informed by e-mail or through the website.
Continuing to use our services after a change means that you accept the updated terms.
